The tomatoes are ripe and fresher than ever as we continue along through Summer. They’re high tunnel sheltered (seen above) to ensure protection for harvest. We grow table-top tomatoes, and “rose tomatoes” – a member of the heirloom family, comparable to the brandy-wine class

Rose tomatoes are named after their color and surface texture. Like all heirloom varieties, they’re much larger and less acidic than table-tops
